I provide individualized social work support for teens, adults, couples, and families, combining counselling with practical coping strategies, problem-solving, care coordination, and systems navigation.
My practice is informed by experience in child welfare through my CAS placement, certification in CBT and DBT, risk assessment and safety planning related to sexual violence, and ongoing training in ADHD. I also offer ASL-friendly care.
