Upstairs Loft Conference Space

$140 / day
Features natural skylight illumination, ergonomic gaming chairs, high-speed connection, and full AV capabilities.
- Note: To keep booking simple, our room rates are flat daily rates whether you reserve the room for 4 hours or the full 8-hour day.
How Booking & Arrival Works
Submit Your Inquiry: Request your preferred date and time online at least 48 hours in advance so our team can verify availability and send your invoice. Need a room last minute? Reach out to us directly and we will do our best to accommodate your schedule.
Deposit & Confirmation: A 50% deposit is required upon invoicing to lock in your reservation.
Arrival & Secure Entry: Port North Bay is a secure building. Upon arrival, call the check-in line provided in your confirmation email. A team member will meet you at the door, unlock the facility, and give you a tour of the space.
Guest Management: You will receive your Wi-Fi credentials upon arrival. To maintain security, we ask that you coordinate directly with your guests to let them into the building when they arrive.
Booking Policies
Notice Period: 48-hour advance notice is preferred for all bookings.
Deposit: A 50% deposit is required upon reservation.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled rental time forfeit the 50% deposit.
