I am credentialed through the International Coaching Federation (ICF) as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC). I received my academic training from Royal Roads University’s Graduate Program in Executive Coaching. Additionally, I am certified as an Assessor for both the EQ-i 2.0 and EQ 360 assessments. Emotional intelligence (EQ-i) is simply the way you connect with people, interact with them, understand them, relate to them and lead them.
