Natural Self Psychotherapy Services

Alyssa is a Registered Psychotherapist (RP) and Clinical Supervisor providing virtual and in-office services. She provides psychotherapy to people dealing with a variety of issues like anxiety, life changes and transitions, healing from childhood trauma, grief and loss, and struggles in building and maintaining relationships. Alyssa works with youth, adults, families, and couples in her practice using Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassionate Inquiry (CI), and somatic approaches that support nervous system regulation.
