Individual and Couples Therapy for 18 and older
Community and Corporate Workshops
With over 20 years’ experience, I offer trauma-informed, client-centered approach for clients ages 18 and older with a focus on relationship and couples therapy. I am an approved Non-Insured Health Benefits (NIHB) mental health provider through Indigenous Services Canada. My areas of clinical interest are, anxiety, substance use and addictions, and the impact of trauma on attachment and the life cycle.
I support people that are struggling with anger management, perfectionism, and relationships. I specialize in supporting therapists, frontline healthcare, social service and emergency response workers in managing caregiver and work-related challenges such as stress, vicarious trauma, empathic strain, and burnout.
I have advanced clinical training in emotionally focused couples therapy and am pursuing certification in emotionally focused therapies. In addition, I have clinical training in cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, self-compassion, and narrative therapy.
I use somatic techniques including mindfulness, breath work, meditation, and walk and talk therapy to help improve and heal the mind-body connection. I offer holistic, personalized care designed to nurture health-promoting habits, strengthen a positive sense of self, support fulfilling life roles, and enhance resilience.
Together, we’ll collaborate to uncover your goals, and I’ll tailor my approach to meet your unique needs.
My mission is to help you deepen your connection with yourself and build stronger, more meaningful relationships with the people who matter most to you.
