Narratives Psychotherapy

Danielle Morrow has over 15 years of experience working in the mental health field and has been practicing as a therapist independently since 2014. She supports clients in reclaiming stories of the past to make meaning of present and future chapters. She takes a non-pathologizing, relational, and systemic approach to her work with individuals and is passionate in areas of perfectionism, imposter syndrome, “not feeling good enough”, and grief (loss of all kinds). She also offers outdoor psychotherapy (including walk-and-talks and sometimes on kayaks) and retreats at her lakeside property in Tilden Lake.
Personally, she is a book buff, nature-enthusiast, beverage connoisseur, social connector, animal lover, traveller, and humble comedian in her personal life (though others may disagree). Please visit her website or social media accounts for more information and don’t hesitate to reach out for a free consultation to see if she might be a good fit for your needs (and she’ll be happy to provide referral support otherwise)!
